Job Overview
As a Room Attendant at Hilton, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional hospitality by maintaining spotless guest rooms and ensuring an unforgettable experience with your attention to detail and dedication to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and organize assigned guest rooms, including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, dusting surfaces, vacuuming, and performing deeper cleaning as required.
- Replace linens, towels, and essential guest supplies promptly to maintain comfort.
- Manage the housekeeping supply cart by stocking and transporting the required materials every day.
- Respond quickly and courteously to guest requests, contributing to their positive experience.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly in designated containers to maintain cleanliness.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one year of experience working in a housekeeping role, preferably within hospitality.
- Strong ability to uphold cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Capability to perform physically demanding duties such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended durations.
- Professionalism and courteous interaction with guests at all times.
- Efficiency in task completion within designated timeframes.
- Cooperative attitude working alongside housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Availability for shift work including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English language skills; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
- Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
