Job Summary
As a Lifeguard at Hilton in Qatar, you will play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by ensuring pool safety and providing exceptional hospitality. Your responsibility extends beyond safety to creating memorable interactions that embody warmth and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and assist guests, promptly addressing requests and efficiently resolving any concerns with a friendly attitude.
- Maintain vigilant supervision of pool activities to avert incidents, enforce safety rules, and encourage safe swimming behaviors.
- Respond promptly and effectively to emergency situations by executing rescue actions or administering first aid following the emergency action plan.
- Keep the pool area clean and safe through regular inspections and routine maintenance tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to uphold the wellbeing of guests and team members.
