Role Overview

As a Security Officer for retail environments, your primary task will be maintaining a visible security presence at client locations to ensure a safe and welcoming atmosphere for customers and the general public. You will uphold professional standards aligned with PSA codes of conduct while representing the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a vigilant and professional security presence at assigned retail sites, prioritizing safety and customer experience.
  • Adhere strictly to PSA code of conduct and organizational protocols, projecting professionalism.

Essential Requirements

  • Possess a current and valid PSA license.
  • Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
  • Capable of working independently without supervision.
  • Experience and competency in operating CCTV systems.
  • Ability to supply a clear, comprehensive five-year employment history with references.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and report writing abilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as necessitated by the role.
  • Previous experience specifically in retail security is mandatory.
  • Availability for a fully flexible schedule.
