Position Overview
We are looking for a full-time (40 hours per week) Security Officer / Loss Prevention Officer for the Berlin Alexanderplatz store, starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible, approachable, and friendly presence at store entrances to protect customers, staff, and merchandise
- Prevent losses on the sales floor
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure product security
- Effectively manage conflict resolution
Candidate Profile
- Strong self-motivation and resilience with excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
- Experience in customer service or security roles, including security services or specialized training in protection and security, is an advantage but not a requirement
- Career changers are warmly welcomed
