Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and prevent suspicious activities, keeping the environment secure.
• Perform thorough searches adhering strictly to company policies to ensure restricted areas remain safe.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation related to security incidents and observations.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and external authorities to report and manage security issues.
• Deliver excellent customer service to colleagues, visitors, and guests, maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Possession of a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) licence.
• Physically capable of performing patrol duties on site.
• Flexible availability to work across day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Eligibility to work in the UK, with a verifiable employment history spanning five years.
• Customer service skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities in English.
