Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time Security Officer in Salisbury to safeguard a high-profile site. This role requires an active presence where vigilance and professionalism are essential. The position operates on a rotational schedule of 42 hours per week with alternating 4 days on and 4 days off including day and night shifts. A valid SIA license and the ability to obtain SC clearance are required. Candidates must have a full UK driving license and their own vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols on foot and by vehicle to ensure the safety of people and property.
• Manage access control through ID verification and visitor management protocols.
• Monitor CCTV feeds and promptly respond to any incidents.
• React swiftly and professionally to alarms and emergency situations.
• Keep detailed and accurate logs and reports of all activities and events.

Candidate Profile

• Dependable and professional with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Physically fit to perform active duties involving frequent walking.
• British national by birth or in possession of a British passport for at least five years.
• Capable of passing a 5-year verifiable work history check and obtaining Security Clearance (SC).
