Security Guard

About the Role

The Security Guard will be tasked with ensuring the protection and safety of the villa compound located in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role demands vigilant monitoring of access points, conducting routine patrols, and swiftly addressing any security issues, thereby safeguarding residents, visitors, and property.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all entry and exit points within the compound.
• Authenticate visitor identities and keep accurate visitor logs.
• Perform systematic patrols throughout the premises to detect any security or safety concerns.
• Report any incidents, potential hazards, or suspicious behavior immediately.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and safeguard the compound’s security.
• Monitor CCTV feeds and operate associated security devices as needed.
• Ensure compliance with established compound security policies and procedures.
• Provide assistance to residents, employees, and visitors regarding security matters.
• Document daily security activities and compile detailed incident reports.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be a Saudi Arabian national.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a security role is advantageous.
• Basic proficiency in spoken Arabic is required; English language skills are considered a plus.
• Willingness and ability to work on rotating shifts, inclusive of nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Physical fitness adequate to conduct regular patrols and other duties.
• Strong observational skills and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Expertise

• Familiarity with security protocols and emergency response standards.
• Experience working in residential compounds, facility management, or construction project sites.
• Knowledgeable about CCTV operations and access control technologies.
