Oracle EPM Lead

Job Overview

Seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Lead with over 10 years specializing in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS), and Oracle Narrative Reporting. This role demands deep financial and accounting domain knowledge including expertise in financial statements, group consolidations, and close processes compliant with IFRS/GAAP standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or support comprehensive financial consolidation and close system implementations for sizable organizations.
• Manage transformation projects migrating HFM on-premises systems to FCCS, covering assessment, solution design, migration planning, testing, and launch phases.
• Migrate metadata, hierarchies, business rules, security, calculations, integrations, reports, and historic financial data from HFM to FCCS.
• Utilize Calculation Manager, Essbase Scripts, On-Demand Rules, and Groovy scripting in system customizations.
• Perform fit-gap analyses, craft target architectures, and develop roadmaps for Oracle Cloud transitions.
• Oversee financial processes including consolidation, currency translation, intercompany eliminations, ownership management, and statutory reporting.
• Integrate FCCS with Oracle ERP Cloud, E-Business Suite, and external applications using Oracle's integration toolset.
• Operate EPM Automate for schedule management, automation, and administration of Oracle Cloud EPM environments.
• Effectively engage stakeholders, conduct workshops, and provide expert advice on modernizing finance functions through Oracle Cloud solutions.

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of Oracle Planning and Budgeting for modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Experience with Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or Enterprise Planning including rolling forecasts and integrated business planning methods.
• Exposure to Strategic Workforce Planning activities such as labor cost modelling, workforce demand-supply forecasting, and alignment with business goals.
• Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
