Security Coordinator - Passport & Visa Verification (Shift-based)

Overview

Become a key member of the Emirates Group Security team and help uphold premier security standards across multiple specialized security units including Training, Command Centre, Crime Prevention, Threat Assessment, Aviation Security, and Business Support. This role involves supporting operational security, ensuring strict compliance with internal security policies, the Airline Security Program, and Security Management System.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate information on inadmissible passengers, coordinating necessary actions and communicating with related departments such as flight coordination, accommodation, deportation reports, and liaising with authorities.
• Conduct travel documentation inspections and behavioral assessments of assigned flight passengers to deter illegal immigration and security breaches.
• Collaborate closely with immigration, embassy officials, and police across the network to stop transportation of unauthorized passengers.
• Assist in training Emirates staff and ground agents to enhance detection and interception of illegal immigration attempts.
• Manage and update records, manuals, and documents for audit readiness.
• Participate in reviewing and updating standard operating procedures, contracts, and operational documents.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Completion of 12 years of formal education or equivalent.
• At least 3 years' related experience in security or a comparable field.
• Effective communication skills for relationship-building with stakeholders inside and outside the company.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and days as per operational demands.
