As the hallmark of Emirates, cabin crew members are the go-to people for assistance and guidance during flights, requiring a friendly, attentive approach to service. Beyond hospitality, safety is paramount; you will be responsible for confidently managing aircraft services and adhering to safety and security protocols, supported by world-class training at our Dubai facility.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to passengers onboard.
• Lead and manage safety procedures and security requirements effectively.
• Handle aircraft services with professionalism and confidence.
• Adapt to diverse team environments and interact respectfully with customers from various cultural backgrounds.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of high school completion (Grade 12).
• At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Height of minimum 160 cm and the ability to reach 212 cm on tiptoes for safety equipment access.
• Visible tattoos are not permitted while in uniform without concealment.
• Eligibility to obtain UAE employment visa and willingness to be based in Dubai.
• Positive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and capacity to maintain professionalism under demanding schedules.
• Cultural awareness reflecting Emirates' values: professional, empathetic, visionary, and cosmopolitan.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed basic salary of AED 4,980 per month.
• Hourly flying pay of AED 69.60, typically averaging 80-100 flight hours per month.
• Total estimated monthly earnings around AED 11,244 (approximately USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280) for Grade II (Economy Class).
