Role Overview

The Falcon Complete Security Advisor operates within a dedicated advisory team focused on maintaining the security and health of Falcon Complete's client environments. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, cybersecurity expertise, and client management capabilities to guide customers toward secure and positive outcomes with the Falcon Complete platform. Reporting to leadership, the advisor performs daily duties aligned with the mission to halt security breaches.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate customers’ Falcon environments to ensure compliance with Falcon Complete’s standards.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to customers to enhance their security posture.
  • Identify and suggest corrective measures for vulnerabilities in CrowdStrike product implementations.
  • Engage directly with customers upon discovering discrepancies from Falcon Complete guidelines.
  • Maintain thorough documentation, update incident records, and resolve customer issues following established protocols and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Prepare and present service reports and relevant statistics upon client request.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uphold high customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with support teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum three years’ experience in cybersecurity-related roles.
  • Empathy in customer service with the ability to steer clients toward optimal solutions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions.
  • Collaborative approach working alongside CrowdStrike teams to solve client issues.
  • Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
  • Understanding or experience in threat detection and incident response.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Experience in Incident Management and CSIRT operations.
  • Knowledge of Change Management processes.
  • Expertise in detecting and responding to malicious code.
  • Familiarity with Audit, Logging, and Monitoring controls such as SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR.
  • Skills in Intrusion Detection and Response techniques.
  • Experience interacting with complex and sophisticated clients.
  • Strong analytical skills and eagerness to learn continuously.
  • Capability to coordinate across multiple teams for comprehensive issue resolution.
  • Prior roles as a security advisor or consultant.
  • Awareness of frameworks like ISO 27001/2, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE ATT&CK.
  • Demonstrated use of AI technologies to improve decision-making, optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and drive business results.
