Role Overview
The Cyber Security Manager position is a full-time role located in Al Khobar or Makkah. This role is responsible for securing PayLink’s digital payment systems and internal IT infrastructure by establishing, maintaining, and enhancing comprehensive security frameworks and controls across applications, networks, and information systems. Key responsibilities include overseeing security monitoring, incident management, periodic risk and vulnerability evaluations, and collaborating with technical teams to address security gaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage security monitoring processes and coordinate incident response efforts.
- Conduct regular vulnerability and risk assessments within the IT environment.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security policies and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.
- Drive security awareness and training initiatives for all employees.
- Prepare detailed security reports and metrics for executive leadership.
- Assess and recommend new security technologies and tools to enhance organizational security posture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security best practices.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or their equivalents are highly preferable.
- Minimum of five years’ experience working within licensed Saudi entities, specifically in financial services or fintech sectors.
- In-depth expertise in cybersecurity and information security frameworks, with proven capability in developing and executing security policies.
- Strong skills in network security, including managing firewalls and threat detection.
- Experience in application security covering secure development lifecycle and code review practices.
- Proficient in vulnerability assessments and coordinating remediation based on scanning and risk analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven leadership in security operations, incident handling, compliance management, and team mentorship.
- Must be a Saudi national.
