Alliance Operations Analyst, SMB (Night Shift)

Role Summary

The Alliance Operations Analyst will handle daily operational tasks that support CrowdStrike’s expanding partner ecosystem, with a major focus on maintaining accurate Salesforce data integrity and partner-related processes. This role involves streamlining partner interactions and ensuring operational enhancement and scalability while acting as a partner advocate.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Distributor Partner and Alliance Managers to collect requirements, and generate precise Opportunities and CPQ quotes.
• Operate CPQ software to calculate prices and compose quotes compliant with company policies, pricing plans, and discount guidelines.
• Maintain adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for quote creation, escalating issues as necessary.
• Standardize and ensure uniformity in global sales operations processes.
• Participate in special projects aimed at enhancing operational workflows within the Shared Resource Centre.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in sales operations, alliance operations, or a relevant data-driven role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and CPQ tools.
• Strong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, operationally focused, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Experience working within a Shared Resource Centre setup.
• Demonstrated success leveraging AI technologies to support decision-making, optimize workflows, improve operational efficiencies, and generate positive business impacts.

Shift Timing

This position requires working the night shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST.
