Role Overview
The Falcon Complete Security Advisor contributes as part of a dedicated team focused on maintaining and enhancing the security posture and overall health of Falcon Complete users. Candidates for this role should possess a blend of technical proficiency, security expertise, and customer relationship skills, guiding clients to achieve secure and effective use of Falcon Complete. Reporting to leadership, the role involves executing day-to-day activities essential for fulfilling Falcon Complete’s breach prevention mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer Falcon environments ensuring conformity with Falcon Complete guidelines.
- Advise customers on enhancements to bolster security postures aligned with Falcon Complete standards.
- Identify and suggest corrections for aspects of CrowdStrike products that could improve security effectiveness.
- Initiate contact with customers if discrepancies against Falcon Complete standards arise.
- Manage documentation, updates, and resolutions of customer-related concerns consistently meeting defined procedures and SLAs.
- Prepare and deliver requested service reports and statistical summaries to clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate troubleshooting efforts with support teams to resolve technical challenges.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum three years' experience in cybersecurity-related roles.
- Strong empathetic approach and capability to assist customers towards goal realization.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for customer interaction.
- Proven partnering ability with internal teams for problem-solving.
- Proficient in Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments.
- Working knowledge or experience in threat detection and incident response.
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
Additional Preferred Skills
- Experience in incident management and operating CSIRT.
- Knowledge of change management processes.
- Expertise in detecting and responding to malicious code.
- Familiarity with audit, logging, and monitoring controls including SIEM, UEBA, MDR/XDR.
- Competency with intrusion detection and response measures.
- Experience engaging with complex, sophisticated clientele.
- Strong analytical skills paired with eagerness to acquire new knowledge.
- Capability to work cross-functionally to address client issues.
- Background as a security advisor or consultant.
- Understanding of standards such as ISO 27001/2, NIST Cyber Security Framework, CIS Critical Security Controls, PCI DSS, Cloud Controls Matrix, and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
- Proven aptitude incorporating AI technologies to refine decision-making, optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive business success.
