About the Opportunity
Our Digital Services group in Auckland seeks a Section Administrator dedicated to ensuring the team's efficient and smooth operation. This is a permanent full-time position based primarily onsite with occasional flexibility for remote work. The role emphasizes delivering high-quality administrative assistance that maximizes team performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, proactive administrative support to facilitate seamless daily operations.
- Manage meetings and calendars by scheduling, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up tasks; familiarity with SharePoint is advantageous.
- Assist staff onboarding and offboarding processes while organizing travel, leave requests, and timesheet management.
- Support project workflows through administrative and financial management duties, with Oracle experience highly valued.
- Maintain accurate systems, documentation, records including editing, formatting, archiving documents, and updating organizational charts.
- Handle office management tasks such as purchasing, PPE inventory tracking, stationery orders, and mail coordination.
- Provide limited Personal Assistant support to a senior team member as part of your weekly activities.

- At least two years of administrative experience involving collaboration with various stakeholders.

- A positive mindset with a keen interest in resolving challenges, especially amid uncertain or changing situations.
- Self-motivated, detail-focused, and able to work proactively with minimal supervision.
- Resilient and adaptable when managing change and juggling competing priorities.
- Strong organizational abilities and aptitude for handling multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Comfortable operating within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and skilled at using digital collaboration and document management tools. Experience with SharePoint and Oracle is beneficial. Open to embracing innovative and efficient work methods.
