Role Overview

• Balance tradeoffs among latency, accuracy, and computational resource costs in search system designs.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Ability to assess search quality through quantitative evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of agentic systems and how they integrate into search pipelines.
• Knowledge of scaling data infrastructure to handle high-throughput search demands.
• Experience formulating relevance models or retrieval algorithms.
