Job Overview
This role requires a Bachelors degree holder with more than five years of experience in project scheduling and planning. The position primarily involves handling scheduling tasks within sectors such as EPC, Oil & Gas, Offshore, Petrochemical, Power, Infrastructure, or Industrial projects. The candidate must possess strong practical expertise in Primavera P6 software.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Develop and manage project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring timely progress tracking.
- Demonstrate solid understanding of project controls, planning methodologies, scheduling techniques, and progress measurement standards.
- Comprehend the processes involved in Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction to effectively integrate scheduling plans.
- Create detailed reports and perform data analysis with MS Excel and other reporting tools to support project status communication.
- Communicate effectively and manage stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity regarding project timelines.
Additional Requirements
- A Bachelors degree is mandatory.
- The candidate must have hands-on experience with Primavera P6; familiarity with this software is non-negotiable.
- More than five years of relevant experience in project scheduling/planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to handle stakeholder requirements and updates professionally.
