Role Overview

We are seeking trade-qualified Scaffolders at Intermediate and Advanced levels to support a significant contract in Hamilton and the wider Waikato region. The primary responsibilities involve erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding and access structures for critical industrial maintenance and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and deconstruct scaffolding, ensuring safe platforms on heavy industrial and maintenance projects.
• Handle scaffolding components manually and manage loading/unloading operations with attention to safety and cleanliness of the site.
• Ensure all scaffold structures meet rigorous safety compliance standards at all times.
• Complete all necessary site documentation and conduct pre-task risk assessments.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a valid New Zealand Scaffolding Certificate of Competence at Intermediate or Advanced level.
• Possesses over two years of experience in industrial or heavy commercial scaffolding roles, with leadership experience being an advantage.
• Applies a strong safety-first mindset with demonstrated adherence to health and safety protocols.
• Exhibits excellent teamwork, strong verbal communication skills, and effective prioritization of tasks.
• Holds a full New Zealand driver’s license with reliable transport available.
