Saudi Engineer

Overview

This position is exclusively open to Saudi Nationals as part of localization efforts. The engineer will contribute to technical, site-based, and administrative tasks on road and infrastructure projects, while gaining valuable professional experience and developing engineering expertise.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist engineering teams in the evaluation of drawings, technical documentation, and coordination on site.
• Help monitor construction progress, compile reports, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Take part in inspections, measurements, and assessments related to quality and safety.
• Communicate and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and relevant authorities regarding project activities.
• Support planning, scheduling, quantity assessment, or health, safety, and environment (HSE) tasks according to the department you are assigned to.
• Maintain thorough project records and contribute to engineering documentation deliverables.
• Enhance engineering capabilities through ongoing mentorship and training initiatives.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related discipline.
• Have between 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and an eagerness to learn.
• Knowledge of engineering software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and Primavera is advantageous.
• Show commitment to continuous professional growth within infrastructure project environments.
