We are looking for a Sanitation Operator who enjoys maintaining cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for our guests, especially in our A-Glazing customer areas.

Key Duties

• Perform sweeping duties inside and outside the store premises.
• Mop designated indoor areas to ensure spotless cleanliness.
• Conduct spraying and washing of parking lots and shop windows.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms to maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure dining areas, including tables and chairs, are sanitized and inviting.
• Organize and maintain stockroom supplies in orderly fashion.

Candidate Profile

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Committed to fostering an equitable, unbiased workplace culture that encourages authenticity and empowerment.
• Proficient in both written and oral communication.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical and Working Conditions

• Role may require occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds, and constant handling of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
• Exposure to indoor and outdoor environmental factors, including fluctuating temperatures, noise, and allergens such as nuts.
• Work environment includes production and processing area noise.
