Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Operator who takes pride in maintaining a spotless and inviting environment. Your key role is to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the store interior, parking lot, and surrounding areas, creating a welcoming setting for all customers.

Primary Duties

• Perform sweeping of all designated indoor and outdoor areas.
• Execute mopping routines across necessary in-store locations.
• Spray parking lots and clean store windows regularly.
• Sanitize and replenish restrooms consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness in customer seating areas, ensuring tables and chairs are sanitized.
• Organize and keep stockroom supplies orderly.

Candidate Profile

• No prior experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Commitment to fostering an equitable and unbiased workplace, promoting employee individuality.
• Good verbal and written communication abilities.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Physical and Work Environment

• Ability to exert physical effort, moving objects up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
• Work will expose you to various environmental conditions including fluctuating temperatures and noise inside the store and outdoors.
• May encounter allergens such as nuts and noise typical of production or processing areas.
