Position Overview

We seek a dedicated Sanitation Operator who takes pride in creating spotless and inviting surroundings. Your primary duty is to maintain cleanliness and sanitize all areas within and around the store, including the parking lot and common customer spaces, to provide a welcoming environment for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep all designated indoor and outdoor areas of the store.
• Mop required floor sections inside the store meticulously.
• Spray and clean parking lots, as well as wash the shop windows.
• Ensure bathrooms are clean, sanitized, and well stocked with supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer areas by sanitizing tables and chairs regularly.
• Organize and keep the stockroom supplies orderly.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• No prior experience needed; training will be provided.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• The role requires exerting physical effort, including occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds, frequent lifting of up to 20 pounds, and constant lifting of up to 10 pounds.
• Exposure to varying indoor and outdoor environmental conditions, including fluctuating temperatures and noise levels typical of production or processing areas.
