Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sanitation Operator to maintain a pristine environment inside and outside our shop. This role includes cleaning and sanitizing the store interior, parking lot, and surrounding areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep all designated interior and exterior store areas.
• Mop all required areas within the store.
• Spray and clean parking lots, as well as wash shop windows.
• Thoroughly clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness in customer areas, including sanitizing tables and chairs.
• Organize and keep stockroom supplies orderly.

Candidate Requirements

• No previous experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship is mandatory.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Ability to exert physical effort up to 50 pounds occasionally, 20 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly to handle objects.
• Exposure to various internal and external environmental conditions including fluctuating temperatures and noise typical of production areas.
• Possible contact with allergens such as nuts.
