Sanitaryware Showroom Manager

Overview

We seek a committed and experienced manager to oversee daily functions at our sanitary ware showroom. The individual will ensure superior customer service, lead sales initiatives, maintain an appealing product environment, and manage smooth operational flows. Knowledge of sanitary ware items, leadership ability, and sales target orientation are crucial for success in this role.

Primary Duties

• Oversee all showroom activities including sales, stock management, and customer interaction.
• Guide and train the sales team to meet set sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Maintain visually appealing and organized product displays featuring the newest sanitary ware offerings.
• Offer expert consultations about product details, features, and installation options to customers.
• Manage customer relations by addressing inquiries, solving complaints, and gathering feedback professionally.
• Keep track of inventory levels, liaise with suppliers for timely restocking, and supervise stock management.
• Consistently meet monthly and yearly sales objectives via well-planned sales tactics.
• Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry developments, competitor activity, and new product launches.
• Compile sales performance reports, analyze results, and implement enhancements to drive improvement.
• Ensure the showroom observes standards for safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
