Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate technical architecture workshops and design sessions by grasping client objectives, obstacles, and technology landscapes
• Architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions spanning diverse clouds such as Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and Data
• Develop integration strategies, authentication frameworks, and data architectures aligning with enterprise systems
• Take accountability for end-to-end technical solutions, emphasizing scalability, security, and performance
• Offer clear recommendations on architecture, including trade-offs and justifications, in governance settings and client interactions
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to guarantee solutions are feasible, scalable, and maintainable
• Define and uphold best practices regarding development, integration, and data migration
• Serve as the principal escalation point for architectural and technical issues
• Lead and mentor teams to ensure compliance with standards and high-quality project delivery

Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrable experience serving as a Salesforce Technical Architect or senior technical lead
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, integration techniques, and data modeling
• Experience designing comprehensive solutions across various Salesforce clouds and enterprise-scale environments
• Strong leadership skills in guiding technical decisions and supporting delivery teams
• Proficiency in client engagement and functioning in a client-facing architectural capacity
• Familiarity with the full salesforce implementation lifecycle
• Possession of Salesforce certifications such as CTA pathway, Application Architect, or System Architect is highly valued
• Commercial insight and the capability to align architecture designs with business objectives
