Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior clients to guide best practices for implementing nCino, maximizing platform value.
• Lead and assist client workshops to customize and design nCino solutions.
• Analyze business requirements, converting them into user stories and functional designs using nCino standard features.
• Create functional and process designs that align with industry best practices.
• Present solution prototypes and feedback sessions to key stakeholders.
• Configure, build, and test nCino solutions or oversee delivery teams executing these tasks.
• Work closely with architects and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support knowledge sharing and drive continuous improvements within the nCino practice.

Candidate Profile

• Experience working with Salesforce and/or nCino platforms.
• Strong skills in functional design and business process mapping.
• Client-facing experience in consulting, business analysis, or functional delivery roles.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear functional solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Understanding of the full Salesforce delivery lifecycle.
• Background in banking or financial services sectors is highly beneficial.
• Holding Salesforce and/or nCino certifications is preferred.
