SAP S/4HANA EAM Solution Architect - Senior Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Solution Architect to spearhead the design and deployment of complex EAM solutions within large SAP transformation initiatives. This senior leadership role requires a professional with profound SAP EAM knowledge, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive effective solution design and implementation across multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations.
• Develop and define future-state business processes and EAM strategic plans.
• Convert business needs into robust, scalable, and secure SAP solutions.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops to encourage adherence to SAP best practices.
• Provide architectural leadership covering maintenance management, asset life cycle, planning, and scheduling functions.
• Design and supervise integration efforts with Materials Management, Finance, Asset Accounting, Project Systems, warehousing, and external operational systems.
• Guide both functional and technical teams through design, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and architectural decisions related to the solutions.

Qualifications and Experience

• Extensive experience and deep expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance modules.
• Track record as an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect, SAP EAM Architect, SAP PM Lead, or equivalent roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of maintenance operations, work order management, preventative maintenance, and asset lifecycle procedures.
• Proven ability to facilitate solution design workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
• Skilled in influencing decisions across diverse functional, technical, and business teams.
