Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Salesforce Developer to join our expanding team. This position presents an opportunity to contribute to various Salesforce projects and integrations that connect with the broader platform suite across our operations. You will focus on custom development efforts, enhance the Agentforce component, provide end-user support, and maintain flawless data exchange within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, test, and deploy Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components according to business needs.
• Configure declarative Salesforce features including Flows, validation rules, dynamic forms, and page layouts.
• Create and sustain custom integrations with platform systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
• Expand and refine Agentforce capabilities, including topics, Apex and Flow-based custom actions, and prompt templates founded on reliable data.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce administrators, product owners, and various stakeholders to interpret technical requirements.
• Uphold best practices in code quality, maintainability, and system performance throughout development cycles.
• Conduct unit tests, assist in QA and UAT phases, and resolve any defects or performance issues.
• Document technical designs for custom features, APIs, agents, and integration points.
• Take part in release cycles using deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Change Sets.
• Address and eliminate technical debts by modernizing legacy automation and components into contemporary Flow and Lightning Web Components.
• Keep current with Salesforce platform updates and innovate by leveraging new features to benefit business goals.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must have 3 to 5 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
• Possess the Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification; Platform App Builder certification is advantageous.
• Hold Salesforce Platform Administrator Certification (formerly ADM-201); Advanced Administrator certification is a plus.
• Agentforce Specialist Certification is preferred, or a commitment to obtain it within six months of employment.
• Expertise in Apex programming (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and database query languages SOQL and SOSL.
• Strong grasp of Salesforce configuration including object schema, page layouts, validation mechanisms, and Flows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware technologies.
• Familiarity with Agentforce and Data 360 platforms or a keen interest to develop expertise in these areas.
• Comfortable using Version Control systems such as Git and deployment tools like Gearset or Copado.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills aligned with agile work practices.
• Good communicator able to engage effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders alike.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
