Sales Specialist

Job Overview

We are seeking motivated International Sales Specialists to join our team in Gurugram, Haryana. Candidates will be responsible for engaging global clients and promoting insurance solutions to drive sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with international customers through calls, emails, and chats to promote insurance products.
• Clearly explain product offerings and services to clients to facilitate informed decisions.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales targets to contribute significantly to company revenue.
• Maintain persistent follow-ups to ensure elevated customer satisfaction and retention.
• Manage client objections, answer queries effectively, and build sustainable long-term relationships.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Graduation degree mandatory.
• 0 to 5 years of experience; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong negotiation skills and adeptness in handling objections.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations.

Work Schedule and Benefits
