About the Role

Policybazaar is seeking driven International Sales Executives to join their team in Gurugram, Haryana. Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets through promotion and sale of insurance offerings.
• Manage customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat platforms.
• Provide comprehensive details about the products and services to potential clients.
• Guide customers to make well-informed decisions suited to their insurance needs.
• Maintain precise documentation of customer interactions and sales transactions.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Work collectively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction outcomes.

Candidate Requirements

• 0 to 5 years of relevant sales experience.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Competence in managing stressful situations and conflict resolution.
• Basic proficiency with computers and familiarity with CRM software.
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to details.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Fluency in at least one regional Indian language.
• Sales acumen combined with effective communication skills.
• Foundational computer literacy.
• Insurance product knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving work environment.

Work Conditions and Benefits

• Six-day workweek schedule.
• Salary package ranging from 255000 to 400000 INR annually, supplemented with unlimited incentive opportunities based on performance.
