Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our direct sales team in Bangalore, Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Surat within the insurance industry. This role focuses on acquiring new customers and generating insurance policy sales through direct channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new clients, driving sales of insurance products through face-to-face interactions.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships to support sustainable business growth.
• Assess customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans accordingly.
• Meet and exceed sales targets contributing to the organization's revenue objectives.
• Deliver superior customer service by effectively managing client queries and concerns.
• Keep abreast of industry developments, competitors’ offerings, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and claims processing.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of one year of hands-on experience in field sales, ideally within insurance, loans, or financial services sectors.
• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills supported by a sales-driven and negotiation-focused approach.
• Highly self-motivated and results-oriented individual with knowledge of insurance products and industry trends.
• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and the local regional language relevant to the operating area.
