About the Role

Pearls & Stars Exclusive Travel LLC seeks a Sales Representative to join its fully remote Canadian team. This role requires managing follow-up activities, sales documentation, and lead generation to ensure transparent ownership, quality handoffs, and thorough records throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned sales tasks in Canada by conducting follow-up, account support, and research to maintain clear owner visibility and traceability.
• Carefully review incoming sales data and documentation to detect any inconsistencies or gaps prior to advancing the sales workflow.
• Maintain tracking of open tasks using lead generation, lead qualification, and CRM tools to ensure quality handoffs, ownership clarity, and adherence to deadlines.
• Document decisions and handovers comprehensively, so that team members can seamlessly continue the sales process without reconstructing prior history.
• Utilize relevant sales documentation and role-specific guidelines to support work quality and promptly escalate any issues regarding record completeness.

Success Criteria

Success in this position involves reinforcing owner visibility, handoff quality, and comprehensive records within the CRM and lead management systems. All open items must have clear ownership, and completed tasks should have a verifiable trail of evidence.

Candidate Profile

• Practical experience using follow-up, sales documentation, and research techniques in a remote Canadian workflow.
• Ability to clearly communicate in writing while documenting ownership, current status, and next steps.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and maintaining accurate records aligned with company role context.
• Good judgment in managing lead generation, qualification, follow-up, and escalation procedures.

Position Details

• Full-time, entry-level position.
• 100% remote work location within Canada.
• Annual base salary ranging between $42,000 and $68,000.
