Job Overview
Seeking a Sales Representative to join Pandian Agro Foods Private Limited based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. This role focuses on appointing distributors, managing regular sales activities, and keeping accurate sales performance records.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for appointing distributors strategically.
- Engage actively in day-to-day sales operations and maintain consistent performance.
- Keep detailed and organized records of sales metrics and activities.
- Traveling across the city is required, utilizing own vehicle (bike).
- Communicate regularly with the reporting manager to address daily issues and updates.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous exposure to FMCG sales is considered an advantage, though not mandatory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary ranging from INR 20,000 to INR 25,000.
- Dearness Allowance (DA) and petrol allowance included as part of the role benefits.
Additional Information
This is an on-role position requiring candidate to be proactive, communicative, and ready for travel within the city using their own bike.
