About the Role
Skyro is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Sales Operations Representative to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves managing SME clients who are referred through our supplier partnerships, guiding them comprehensively through the onboarding and deal execution stages while ensuring all documentation and approvals are handled efficiently and accurately.

We are a fintech organization expanding in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to creating an integrated ecosystem of Sharia-compliant lending and working capital solutions tailored for individuals and businesses. Our B2B division aims to empower SMEs with accessible, compliant, and technologically advanced credit options.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client accounts and leads referred via supplier partnerships, serving as the central point of contact throughout the deal lifecycle.
- Introduce and clearly articulate our service offerings to new clients.
- Coordinate and track the entire deal process from referral to closure, ensuring seamless onboarding experiences.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and supplier partners to guarantee smooth collaboration.
- Collect, verify, and maintain all necessary client documentation compliant with onboarding requirements.
- Proactively follow up on missing documents or approvals to avoid any delays.
- Identify and address any documentation inconsistencies, bottlenecks, or compliance issues.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to expedite deal processing and resolve potential obstacles.
- Maintain accurate records of client status, documentation, and deal progress in CRM and deal management tools.
- Monitor active deals to ensure timely follow-up and highlight cases that need additional attention.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve sales pipeline efficiency and onboarding processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related disciplines.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in sales operations, client onboarding, account management, or similar client-facing positions.
- Experience working with supplier or partner-referred clients is advantageous.
- Fluent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Strong knowledge of documentation management, compliance standards, onboarding procedures, and deal workflows.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to follow-through.
- Capability to handle multiple client relationships and concurrent deal activities efficiently.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms and deal-processing systems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
