Sales Executive

About the Role

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts seeks a Sales Executive to join their Palm Jumeirah location in Dubai. This full-time, non-management position supports guest relations and sales initiatives to enhance the Marriott brand and maximize revenue through effective selling and guest loyalty programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries and concerns by coordinating with departments such as Sales, Data Administration, and Accounting.
• Use strategic sales techniques to increase revenue while nurturing existing guest loyalty, including upselling and offering appropriate complimentary rewards.
• Manage redemption requests for Marriott Rewards points and enter related data accurately into reservation systems.
• Process reservations, cancellations, and changes received via phone, fax, or mail efficiently and professionally.
• Provide general administrative support such as filing, emailing, typing, and faxing to assist Sales & Marketing operations.
• Assist in training and motivating team members by exemplifying company values and customer service standards.
• Adhere to all company policies, maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Welcome guests warmly and anticipate their service needs, providing genuine appreciation and professional communication.
• Foster cooperative team relationships, listen and respond effectively to employee concerns, and contribute toward team goals.
• Monitor colleagues' performance to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Carry out reasonable physical tasks including moving items up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum education level: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least two years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
