About the Role
Hardev Enterprises is seeking both male and female Telecalling Sales Executives for its Ayurvedic Wellness Division. This is a remote position allowing employees to work from home, with live leads provided to avoid cold calling. The role offers straightforward product and sales training along with opportunities for career advancement and performance-based salary incentives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from interested customers.
- Clearly convey benefits of the products in simple terms.
- Guide customers effectively to convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Maintain professional communication and conduct timely follow-ups.
Performance Expectations
The average target is to achieve 2 orders per day, resulting in approximately 60 to 70 delivered orders every month.
Compensation Structure
Salary is performance-based and tied to successfully delivered orders, paid monthly through the payroll system:
- Fewer than 30 orders: ₹140 per delivered order.
- 30–39 orders: ₹4,500.
- 40–49 orders: ₹6,200.
- 50–59 orders: ₹8,000.
- 60–69 orders: ₹9,900.
- 70–79 orders: ₹11,900 (around ₹12,000 monthly).
- 80–89 orders: ₹14,000.
- 90–99 orders: ₹16,200.
- 100–109 orders: ₹18,500.
- 110–119 orders: ₹20,900.
- 120–129 orders: ₹23,400.
- 130–139 orders: ₹26,000.
- 140–149 orders: ₹30,000.
- 150+ orders: Higher salary brackets available.
Working Hours
A minimum of 8 hours per day is required.

- The initial joining involves training and evaluation.
- Compensation is based only on successfully delivered orders.
- Candidates demonstrating consistent performance over at least 15 days of training become eligible for formal offer letters and employment confirmation.

Recruitment Process
Stepwise progression: Application submission, joining an introductory meeting, an interview, ensuring access to a phone/laptop with WiFi, commencement of work, completion of training and performance milestones, followed by starting to earn a monthly salary.
