Job Overview

Hardev Enterprises is recruiting male and female Telecalling Sales Executives for their Ayurvedic Wellness Division to work from home. Candidates will learn product details, calling scripts, and the sales process through training videos followed by sample calls. HR evaluates communication skills, confidence, and sales aptitude before final selection and provides leads and mentorship through a team leader.

Job Responsibilities

• Contact interested customers and attend calls professionally.
• Clearly and professionally explain product features.
• Identify and understand customer needs.
• Convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain consistent follow-up communication.
• Accurately record customer and order information.
• Adhere to disciplined and professional communication standards.

Performance Expectations and Salary

The average target is two orders daily, approximately 60–70 completed orders each month. Higher performance results in better pay, incentives, and rewards. Salary is performance-based, calculated strictly on successful delivered orders following a tiered structure ranging from ₹140 per delivered order at lowest performance to over ₹1,50,000 plus bonuses at highest levels. Daily incentives are also awarded based on orders completed each day.

Work Requirements

• Minimum of 8 hours of work daily.
• Use of an Android smartphone, laptop, or desktop.
• Reliable internet or Wi-Fi connection.
• Clear communication and basic sales capabilities.
• A quiet, professional environment suitable for calls.

Important Rules

• Payment is based solely on successfully delivered orders; cancelled, fake, duplicate, returned, or undelivered orders do not count.
• False promises, misleading product claims, or guarantees are strictly forbidden.
• Salaries, incentives, and awards are subject to verification and company policies.
• Employment starts with a training and evaluation phase; consistent work for at least 15 days can lead to an official offer letter.
