About Hardev Enterprises and Position Overview

Hardev Enterprises is recruiting male and female Telecalling Sales Executives to join their Ayurvedic Wellness Division in a fully remote capacity. This role focuses on customer engagement via telecalling to promote and sell Ayurvedic wellness products.

Selection Process

• View provided company training videos to understand product knowledge and sales methodology.
• Learn calling scripts and the sales process in detail.
• Conduct sample cold calls after completing training.
• Submit call recordings to the HR department for evaluation.
• HR assesses candidates based on communication skills, confidence, and selling ability.
• Suitable candidates are selected and assigned a Team Leader for further guidance.
• Selected candidates receive company leads and ongoing support.

Job Responsibilities

• Make calls to interested customers and attend their queries professionally.
• Clearly explain product features and benefits.
• Understand individual customer requirements and convert leads into confirmed orders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups and accurately record customer and order details.
• Uphold discipline and professional communication standards throughout interactions.

Performance Expectations and Salary Structure

• Average target is 2 orders per day, aiming for 60–70 delivered orders monthly.
• Higher productivity results in increased salary, daily incentives, and rewards.
• Compensation scales from ₹140 per delivered order for below minimum performance up to ₹1,50,000 plus additional rewards for top performers.
• Daily incentives are offered based on the number of orders delivered, with slabs ranging from ₹90 to ₹2,500.
• Only successfully delivered orders contribute to salary calculations; canceled, fake, duplicate, returned, or undelivered orders are excluded.

Work Requirements

• A minimum commitment of 8 working hours daily is mandatory.
• Possession of an Android smartphone, laptop, or desktop is required.
• A steady internet or Wi-Fi connection is essential.
• Clear communication and fundamental sales skills are necessary.
• A quiet and professional environment for making calls is expected.

• False promises, misleading product claims, or guarantees are strictly prohibited.
• Initial joining will involve training and evaluation phases.
• Consistent performance over at least 15 days may lead to eligibility for an official offer letter.
