Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and prospects in person to promote the company's services.
- Discover new sales leads and business opportunities.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Meet or surpass set monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Create quotations and diligently follow up to secure sales deals.
- Perform market visits and keep track of competitor strategies and activities.
- Keep detailed documentation of client interactions and sales operations.
- Collaborate closely with management to fulfill company objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of field sales experience.
- Proficient in Arabic and English languages is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrates strong customer service orientation and effective negotiation ability.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable with outdoor work.
- Familiarity with the local market conditions is a plus.
Compensation
- Monthly salary ranges from SAR 3,000 to SAR 4,000, complemented by an appealing commission structure.
Work Setting
