Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive position based in Riyadh is tasked with increasing revenue from rooms, residences, and events through proactive sales efforts. Responsibilities involve discovering and qualifying new business prospects, managing current client accounts, and conducting sales calls, site visits, and meetings with clients. The role includes drafting proposals and contracts, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and coordinating with reservations, front office, and events teams to ensure seamless service. Additionally, the Sales Executive will monitor sales metrics, keep accurate CRM records, and report regularly to sales management. Representing the hotel at industry networking events, trade shows, and familiarization tours is also part of the duties, while consistently upholding the brand’s professionalism and standards.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability to identify sales leads, manage pipelines, and successfully close both corporate and leisure sales.
  • Experience in developing and nurturing client relationships, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence in preparing detailed proposals, contracts, and reports, demonstrating great attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Fluent English communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
  • Prior sales experience in the hospitality sector, ideally within luxury hotels or serviced residences in the GCC region.
  • Ability to work effectively on-site, collaborate with various departments, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and fundamental office applications like MS Office or equivalents for daily sales tasks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • A customer-oriented attitude, professional demeanor, and flexibility to work outside standard hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
