Role Overview

The Barber position at Narcissus Hotel and Residence in Riyadh is a full-time, on-site role within the Riyadh Region. The appointed professional will deliver expert hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to guests, upholding impeccable hygiene, comfort, and customer service standards. Daily responsibilities encompass consulting with guests to grasp their preferences, executing haircuts, trims, shaves, and basic hair treatments, and advising on appropriate hair care products and styles. Maintaining a neat, organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations, and collaborating with wellness and hospitality teams to ensure a superior luxury experience are also essential. Additionally, the Barber will manage appointment bookings, assist with guest retention efforts, and help enhance the hotel's reputation for refinement and quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in barbering and hair cutting, with experience in salons, barbershops, or hospitality settings.
• Proficiency in hair styling and treatment, including advising on and performing suitable styles for various hair types.
• Basic cosmetology understanding, encompassing grooming fundamentals, hygiene practices, and safe handling of tools and products.
• Preferred relevant certification or vocational education in barbering or hairdressing.
• Excellent customer service abilities, professional demeanor, and clear communication skills with a diverse clientele.
• Capability to work flexible schedules, stand for prolonged periods, and comply with stringent health and safety standards.
• Experience working in luxury hospitality or premium grooming environments is beneficial.
