Job description

About Noxus

Noxus is pioneering the process intelligence layer necessary for AI-driven labor in the enterprise. As AI advances from experimental phases to live production environments, the challenge shifts to how AI workflows operate across people, legacy systems, policies, and operational constraints. Noxus enables regulated industries to redesign and execute complex business processes using AI workers that interact with systems, enforce business rules, involve human judgment, and update core systems with full traceability. The platform supports integration with SAP, Oracle, CRM, loan/claims systems, payment infrastructure, policy systems, and custom software, addressing processes too intricate and regulated for basic automation but too costly to remain manual.

Role Overview

We are expanding our sales team to build a scalable enterprise go-to-market model across Europe and the Americas. This role focuses on identifying key enterprise accounts, understanding where Noxus can deliver operational value, engaging senior decision makers, and generating qualified sales opportunities for Enterprise Account Executives. The ideal candidates will prospect outbound to strategic accounts, particularly in the UK, cultivating relationships with senior leaders in financial services, insurance, manufacturing, utilities, and other regulated or operationally complex sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting targeting high-potential enterprises in the UK region.
  • Develop relationships with senior stakeholders such as COOs, CIOs, Heads of Operations, Transformation Officers, and AI leads.
  • Collaborate closely with Enterprise Account Executives to prioritize accounts based on operational complexity, strategic alignment, and commercial opportunity.
  • Create qualified sales pipeline through multi-channel outreach including cold calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, events, and account-based campaigns.
  • Research accounts thoroughly to understand their operational workflows, critical process dependencies, technology landscapes, and ongoing transformation initiatives.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact representing Noxus with professionalism and credibility.
  • Utilize AI-driven sales tools for account research, enrichment, sequencing, signal tracking, and personalized outreach.
  • Gain deep expertise in Noxus product offerings, enterprise AI applications, and competitive alternatives including RPA, workflow automation, process mining, and BPO.
  • Partner with Growth and Product Marketing functions to test and refine messaging, ensuring resonance across industries and personas.
  • Capture market feedback to inform sales, marketing, product development, and partnership strategies.
  • Help establish the SDR operating systems including account selection, qualification criteria, objection handling, messaging sequences, and effective opportunity handoffs.
  • Build foundational enterprise selling skills such as discovery, qualification, stakeholder mapping, business case development, and strategic account planning.

Candidate Profile

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, consulting, recruiting, or other customer-facing commercial roles requiring strong initiative and communication.
  • Aspirations to grow into a career in enterprise technology sales, driven by mastery of the craft rather than only achieving activity targets.
  • Outstanding communication skills, able to simplify complex ideas clearly and without jargon.
  • Comfortable with multi-channel outbound prospecting including phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Strong research capabilities using public documents, organizational signals, hiring trends, and technology indicators to build account insights.
  • Keen intellectual curiosity about AI, enterprise software, operations, and large organizational dynamics.
  • Sound commercial judgment to assess account potential and buyer motivations accurately.
  • Preference for building and refining sales processes rather than following predefined playbooks.
  • Familiarity with modern sales enablement platforms and tools such as Clay, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus, though not mandatory.
  • Ability to respond constructively to feedback, rapidly iterate, and maintain high quality amid repetitive outreach and rejection.
  • Outcome-focused mindset prioritizing quality pipeline, productive conversations, and advancement over sheer activity volume.
  • Professional judgement in enterprise communication to maintain intelligent, precise, and credibility-focused outreach.

Why Join Noxus

  • Be part of shaping the commercial outbound motion for the critical evolution of AI from experimentation to enterprise process execution.
  • Engage with an innovative product already operational in significant organizations.
  • Develop and refine enterprise sales expertise alongside founders and seasoned commercial professionals.
  • Enjoy meaningful ownership and influence at an early stage, helping to penetrate Europe's most operationally demanding enterprises.
  • Learn every aspect of complex enterprise sales from account identification to closing and expansion.
  • Contribute directly to marketplace learning, pipeline generation, and playbook formation during a pivotal growth phase.
  • Work onsite in London or Lisbon with equity participation in a high-growth environment.
