Role Overview

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) position is dedicated to outbound sales efforts aimed at generating qualified pipelines for Datacultr’s offerings in regions including Europe, North America, GCC, Singapore, and ANZ. The role focuses on initiating contact and nurturing potential clients in enterprise banking, digital banking, telecom, and utility sectors to schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives. This is solely a pre-sales pipeline creation role with no closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound sales campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp using multi-touch sequences targeting senior decision-makers in banks, neobanks, telecoms, and utilities.
  • Create targeted account lists by leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and Instantly, thoroughly researching to identify appropriate stakeholders.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages tailored according to persona, region, industry, and seniority to maximize response rates.
  • Arrange qualified meetings and provide Account Executives with comprehensive background information including account insights, pain points, and prior interactions.
  • Continuously monitor and refine funnel metrics to optimize outreach effectiveness weekly.
  • Maintain rigorous CRM data quality including stage updates and detailed handoff notes.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to synchronize messaging with product launches, case studies, and geographic expansions.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, sales development, or pipeline generation, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or enterprise technology domains.
  • Proven ability to generate sales qualified leads (SQLs) and successfully book meetings through cold outbound methods.
  • Expertise with outbound sales tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Instantly, or HubSpot.
  • Capability to manage communication across various time zones and adapt messaging style to diverse market audiences.
