Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and cultivate new qualified sales prospects from inbound leads.
• Meet monthly targets for qualified sales opportunities.
• Interact with customers using telephone and email to assess their requirements.
• Thoroughly profile accounts and skillfully address objections to generate valuable leads for Account Executives.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Act as the initial professional point of contact for customers, maintaining a proactive and courteous approach.
• Establish trusted relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Engage in multi-channel follow-ups to uncover new sales opportunities and nurture existing leads.
• Maintain active communication with prospects by distributing monthly tailored materials.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree completed within the last year.
• Fluency in both Turkish and English languages.
• Strong team collaboration abilities in a high-energy sales environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
