About EngageTech
EngageTech is a globally recognized technology company revolutionizing B2B prospecting by enhancing how sales development representatives (SDRs) and sales teams engage with potential clients. With a presence spanning eight offices worldwide—including locations in the US, Australia, South Africa, Europe, and London where it originated—the company offers three primary services: outsourced SDR teams, augmented SDR teams, and managed SDR services. EngageTech is also recognized as a top employer, being named among the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For.

- Manage outreach activities efficiently in a dynamic sales environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, management, and clients to share insights and celebrate progress.

- An encouraging team atmosphere valuing perseverance, consistency, learning, and development beyond just results.
- Opportunity to acquire highly transferable skills in communication, business growth strategies, organization, and relationship management.
- An inclusive workplace that embraces diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
- A lively team culture where all achievements, big or small, are recognized and celebrated.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient written and oral communication skills.
- Resilience and positivity in facing challenges.
- Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Interest and curiosity about business operations, technology, and company growth dynamics.
- A receptive attitude toward learning, taking on feedback, and iterative improvement.
- Competitive drive demonstrated through academics, sports, leadership roles, work, or personal ambitions.
- Capability to collaborate effectively while maintaining accountability for individual performance targets.
Benefits and Perks
- Customised development plan initiated from day one to guide your growth.
- Potential for unlimited commission earnings aligned with your sales performance.

- Mental health resources, including accessible chat therapy.
- Gym membership subsidies to support physical wellbeing.
- Possibility to work and travel across various global offices including London, Edinburgh, Stockholm, and Cape Town.

- Six months of fully paid maternity leave and a package of essentials for newborn care.
- Quarterly reward incentives and opportunities for sabbaticals after one year.
