We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to launch your career in sales by promoting an advanced AI-powered SaaS platform. Role Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate new business leads.
- Leverage your scientific background to connect with senior R&D, innovation, and intellectual property professionals.
- Qualify incoming prospects and cultivate meaningful commercial discussions.
- Maintain perseverance and positivity in a target-driven, high-activity sales environment.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to help convert leads into sales and gain sales process insight.

Additional Details
This role is primarily London-based with hybrid working flexibility: office presence is expected on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, but fully office-based arrangements are also supported.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary of £28,330 plus unlimited commission potential.
- On-target earnings of approximately £47,217 with 60/40 base-to-commission split.
