Role Summary

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the Enterprise segment, you will be essential in accessing new accounts and cultivating relationships across various levels of target customer organizations. Your daily activities will include collaboration with the sales team, researching potential clients, qualifying leads based on their onboarding approach, and significantly impacting business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company growth by generating sales leads through inbound and outbound prospecting activities.
  • Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to refine our Sales Playbook and enhance the technology stack.
  • Engage and nurture leads via various channels such as phone calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the lead generation and handoff process to Account Executives.
  • Create and execute email sequences and cold call strategies to identify and penetrate accounts.
  • Maintain persistence through follow-up communications to secure meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in sales development or a similar outbound commercial role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote work environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management competencies.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively resolve challenges.
  • Proven history of exceeding sales targets in quota-driven roles.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms is advantageous.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong growth orientation.
  • Skilled in crafting compelling email copy and sequence campaigns that convert.
  • Adaptable and comfortable in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Experienced in building and maintaining relationships internally and externally to improve workflows.
  • Preferably experienced in HR or Fintech sectors, prior startup experience, and remote distributed teams.

  • Competitive gross base salary with commission potential based on On-Target Earnings (OTE), localized according to country currency markets.
