Position Overview
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Enterprise in the UAE, you will play a key role in penetrating new accounts and nurturing relationships across all levels of target customer segments. Your contributions directly impact company revenue. Daily tasks include collaboration with sales teams, conducting market research to pinpoint potential leads, and qualifying these leads through understanding onboarding approaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company growth by executing inbound and outbound prospecting efforts to generate opportunities and closed deals.
- Learn from experienced sales professionals and support the enhancement of the Sales Playbook and technology tools.
- Engage and educate leads through various channels including calls, emails, webinars, events, and campaigns.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of lead generation processes, aiding marketing activities, customer interactions, and seamless handoffs to Account Executives.
- Create email sequences and conduct cold calls to explore and penetrate accounts.
- Follow up persistently with calls and emails until meetings are secured.
Candidate Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in sales development or similar outbound commercial roles.
- Proven background in software sales within the UAE market.
- Fluent in Arabic and English at native or professional proficiency levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capable of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team setups.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and a continuous learner.
- Ability to work independently and proactively find solutions.
- History of surpassing sales targets in roles involving quotas.
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms is advantageous.
- Possesses entrepreneurial mindset and writing skills for effective email campaigns.
- Adaptable to evolving, rapid environments.
- Strong collaborator who improves processes and communication flows.
- Experience in HR or Fintech sectors is preferred, as is prior work in fast-growing startups and remote teams.
