Role Overview
- You will serve as the primary contact for prospective and existing clients, reaching out to leads via phone, email, social selling, and inbound channels.
- You will assess customer requirements and qualify suitable use cases within the Atlassian product context.
- With curiosity, excellent communication skills, and sensitivity to customer needs, you will generate qualified sales opportunities, build long-term relationships, and coordinate subsequent steps with account managers and consulting teams.
- You will manage and organize your sales pipeline in the CRM, document activities and insights meticulously, and contribute ideas from market and technology trends to enhance lead generation.
- Your efforts will directly help expand our Atlassian business and clearly communicate the benefits of our project and service portfolio to customers.
Candidate Profile
- Initial experience in sales, ideally in SDR roles or within IT/software environments, along with a solid understanding of lead qualification and customer needs.
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a confident demeanor when interacting with both technical and business contacts.
- Interest in Atlassian products, emerging technologies, and relevant use cases, though deep technical expertise is not required.
- A structured, independent work approach, high self-motivation, and eagerness to develop professionally in both sales and subject matter areas.
- Excellent command of German and good English skills; CRM experience is advantageous.
