About the Role
Join our dynamic global team where your contributions have impact and your unique ideas are valued. At Brandwatch, as part of the Sales Development team, you will be instrumental in discovering and engaging potential clients to build a robust sales pipeline. Your efforts will help schedule meetings that lead to qualified sales opportunities across the Asia-Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact and represent Brandwatch to prospective customers.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and the social media landscape to stay informed.
- Become thoroughly knowledgeable about the company's brand, business model, and SaaS product offerings.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to cultivate new business and generate revenue.
- Proactively generate leads and nurture relationships with warm prospects while identifying new clients utilizing CRM and sales tools such as Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism, and Gong.
- Conduct approximately 100 outbound activities daily targeting prospects, aiming to arrange product demonstrations and initiate the sales process.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of interested prospects and coordinate with sales executives to advance opportunities.
- Participate actively in training and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or recruitment is preferred; enthusiasm to pursue a sales career is essential.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is required.
- A driven and determined mindset with a positive attitude that supports exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to execute tasks independently.
- Receptive to coaching and self-improvement.
- Collaborative team player mentality, valuing teamwork as a key success factor.
- Capability to excel in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with brief sales cycles.
